Her mission is to live a life filled with unconditional love and purposeful living.

I have seen that where there is no purpose abuse and self-destructive behavior become the norm. My goal is to make the world a better place by serving to eliminate abuse to self and others. Through coaching and educating others to discover their life purpose, and embark on purposeful living.

Successful people know their purpose in life. They know their mission and they are doing everything they can to achieve it.
Successful people are happy, fulfilled and living life with joy.

Her Vision

Her vision is to see women rise from being victims to victors starting at a very young age. Growing up seeing how females were raised to believe they were less important than males.

Her dad raised her to believe that both males and females are important to the world’s needs. He expected all his children to contribute by using gifts and talent and discovering their life purpose. This shaped her life and has contributed to her passion to help others to discover their life purpose.

When Tendai migrated to Australia in 2002, she discovered that when women gave birth there was no paid maternity leave, she knew she had found a place for her passion.

Her mission is to see females and males discover their purpose in life so as to eradicate self-destructive behaviour and abuse of one another.

Tendai began to use her gift of speaking to empower women to discover their calling in her home monthly and over the years it has developed into a hub that has transformed many women and their families.

Tendai has influenced and transformed several women and men through her speaking engagements and coaching practise. In the years of relationship coaching, and coaching couples, she came to some very interesting discoveries. One which has led her to focus on developing female Leaders.

Tendai stepped into leadership roles where at times she has been the only woman and sometimes the youngest person in the team. Facing scrutiny and being undermined or at times overlooked. This experience has built her faith and confidence as a leader and is dedicated to empowering women to discover the leadership style and character, before a tragedy hits their life.

Many women are stepping into leadership roles yet still, they are suffering abuse as leaders. Tendai has created a coaching program for female leaders called BELIEVE derived from her name.

Tendai is one of most genuine and authentic people I know.

One of the things that impressed me the most with the way Tendai works, is she creates a partnership which not only gave me tools and skills to use, but also made me accountable for my own growth. I began to look at things differently and really began to challenge my own thinking in ways I never had before.
