Our Story
In 2003, Tendai’s passion for female leadership was sparked when she and her husband moved to Australia to serve a nation facing a skills shortage. What began as a personal calling has grown into a global, non-denominational ministry, bringing together women from all walks of life across the UK, USA, and Ghana.
Gracious Women is more than a programme—it is a movement of women choosing character over compromise and purpose over mediocrity.

Voices of Change
My journey of becoming a Gracious woman has given me my voice back and confidence knowing that God prepared a table before my enemies. It gives me so much peace in all situations
Being part of Gracious Women and attending meetings and courses I learnt my God given redemptive gift. I gained a better understanding of why we behave in a certain way and how each gift fits into God’s grand plan. As a manager, the redemptive gift training has given me a better understanding of my staff helping me with staff management. As a mother, I was able to identify the redemptive gifts in my family and this has helped me to understand my family better, instead of getting frustrated when they behave in a certain way. I have learnt to appreciate.”
The course I attended as a result of being a Gracious woman provided me with clarity of who I am, what God called me for and has confirmed the plans I also had in serving others. Since doing the course, I’m not scared to unpack or even reroute in life as I serve others. I am at peace and have a lot of joy waiting for what is next at every point the Lord calls me. My gift of serving others has given me the boldness to trust God in his provision in this chapter of my life.
For the first time in my life I was deeply challenged and at the same time I felt at peace with the freedom to accept who I am in Christ Jesus. Since attending the course, I see myself challenged in a positive but different way. I therefore encourage and invite you, to come on a journey with beautiful virtuous women where you will discover tenacity and authenticity in who God has already designed you to be at the very core of your being.
The course has helped me to know who I am and how God has created us to be different and unique. It has helped me to maintain a relationship, in my parenting, in friendships, team work at the workplace, understanding our roles in spiritual warfare, processing our birthright in Christ and contributing to the Body of Christ. I loved the redemptive gift course and have managed to do it twice. I would urge others to experience it for themselves. Thank you for this teaching. God bless.
The intentional living course has been one of the best decisions I have made. The course helped me to identify areas in my life that need change. It also challenged me to make the changes and be accountable. Tendai and all the other participants played a key role in ensuring that I remained intentional and committed to putting the knowledge gained into action. One of the vital things I learnt was do it now. As a result of “do it now” and intentional living I got a promotion at work. I grateful to Tendai and all the participants of the international living program.

To become a gracious woman you need to have a desire and be committed to grow in your faith and become influential in the 8 important areas of your life:
Attend our one of our monthly meetings. Then request for an interview to become a Gracious Woman.
One of the benefits of becoming a Gracious Woman is that this is a place where we equip you to become the best version of your authentic self.You can learn through our group classes or have the opportunity of one one coaching with our Visionary and Founder Tendai Togara.
We ask for a once off joining fee of $50 and after that, a monthly subscription of $15. All these funds are for the ministry up keep.
Gracious Women need to be committed to attending the monthly meetings and contribute as well by volunteering when the need arises.
